Since the case law is from 1971, times have CHANGED. While there may be some who still believe in the sanctity of old Sabbath laws, the buying majority do what they can on weekends, including Sunday. I previously had worked with a physician who came to me for education relating to lasers. This MD is a reputable MD. My point being that there are plenty of educated estheticians and nurses who are able to facilitate a safe and cautious laser treatment for clients. She had four years probation and under the conditions of the probation, she was not allowed to have any type of animal. But guess what?
